Clinica psichiatrica per la cura dei peluche traumatizzati. Paziente 5) Sly, il serpente con il complesso del sonaglio.

Il paziente è stato portato alla clinica, completamente aggrovigliato e confuso, da un camionista che l'ha trovato sul ciglio della strada provinciale. Secondo il camionista, Sly si era legato ad un telefono per le chiamate d'emergenza, presumibilmente scambiandolo per un albero parlante. Essendo stato fisicamente sgarbugliato in clinica, il paziente sta ancora soffrendo di illusioni allucinatorie paranoiche. Parziale colpa di ciò è la sua incapacità di riconoscere l'ambiente che lo circonda e il personale medico. Si distrae facilmente e può focalizzare la sua attenzione soltanto per un breve lasso di tempo. Il confondere la sua coda per un compagno immaginario e il percepire piccole figure mobili sul suo lenzuolo bianco, l'ha condotto ad un'agitazione psicomotoria. Come prima diagnosi precauzionale, i sintomi sembrano evidenziare un delirio. Per il momento, la forza delle immagini allucinatorie deve essere limitata tramite farmaci. Questa sembra l'unica possibilità per poter apprendere di più sulle cause possibili del suo delirio. Ovviamente il sonaglio sostitutivo incluso nella confezione non dovrebbe essere utilizzato su base permanente e dovrebbe servire solo come oggetto terapeutico transitorio.

Psychiatric clinic for the treatment of cuddly toys traumatized.  Patient 5) Sly, the snake with the complex of the rattle.

The patient was brought to the clinic, completely tangled and confused, by a lorry driver who found him on the side of the road. According to lorry driver, Sly was tied to a phone for emergency calls, presumably mistaking this for a talking tree. Having been physically set free into the clinic, the patient is still suffering from paranoid hallucinations. Partial blame for this is its inability to recognize the surrounding environment and the medical staff. Is easily distracted and can focus his attention only for a short period of time. To confuse his tail for an imaginary companion and perceive small moving figures on his white sheet, has led to psychomotor agitation. As first precautionary diagnosis, the symptoms seem to indicate a delirium. For now, the strength of hallucinatory images should be limited by drugs. This seems the only way to learn more about possible causes of his delusion. Of course, the substitute rattle, should not be in use on a permanent basis and should only serve as a transitional theraupetic object.

Clinica psichiatrica per la cura dei peluche traumatizzati. Paziente 4) Lilo, l’ippopotamo ossessivo-compulsivo.

Il paziente sta cercando di risolvere un puzzle di legno puzzle per gli ultimi mesi senza successo. E’ così assorto in questa azione ripetitiva che, per la maggior parte del tempo, non è consapevole di ciò che lo circonda. Da quando il disordine ha iniziato a manifestarsi, il paziente non ha parlato con nessuno. Una connessione tra la sua incapacità di parlare e l’ossessione per il puzzle è molto probabile. La proprietaria del paziente ci ha detto che l'atteggiamento compulsivo nei confronti dei puzzle è comparso improvvisamente e inaspettatamente. La giovane donna non è in grado di indicare con precisione l'evento che possa aver generato questo comportamento anormale. Fin dall'inizio di questo disturbo, il paziente non ha più parlato con la sua padrona. Sembra plausibile un legame tra l'atteggiamento compulsivo e la perdita della parola.

Psychiatric clinic for the treatment of cuddly toys traumatized.  Patient 4) Lilo, the hippo obsessive-compulsive.

The patient has been trying to solve a wooden jigsaw puzzle for the past few months without success.He is so absorbed in this repetitive activity that most of the time he is unaware of his surroundings.Ever since his disorder has begun, the patient hasn't talked to anyone. A connection between the inability to speak and the compulsive urge to solve jigsaw puzzles seems likely. The patient's owner told us that the compulsive behavior in respect of the puzzles has started suddenly and unexpectedly. The young lady isn't able to indicate the precise event that might have caused this abnormal behavior. Since the beginning of this disorder, the patient hasn't spoken with anymore his mistress. It seems a plausible link between the compulsive behavior and loss of speech.

Il paziente soffre di acute percezioni allucinatorie, chiaro sintomo di psicosi paranoide.I segni sono blocchi mentali e
destruturalizzazione dell’area di esperienza abituale.

La storia del caso.

La scatola di cartone con i contenuti è stata trovata dietro la scalinata di un centro commerciale. Il responsabile del centro nega che possa appartenere alla gamma degli articoli in vendita. Ci sono solo pochi indizi per ricostruire la vita passata dei pazienti. Chiunque può confermare che sembra essere scappato, non ha trovato una casa, ed è eccessivamente pauroso. Presumibilmente, a causa di qualche delusione, il paziente soffre di acquafobia. Per poter ricostruire i fatti può essere d'aiuto una terapia per rafforzare la sua fiducia.

The patient's hypersensitive hallucinatory perception is a symptom of a paranoid psychosis. The signs are a mental block and a disintegration of structure of the habitual field of experience.

The history of the case.

The cardboard box with the contents was found behind the staircase of a shopping center. The center manager denies that should belong to the range of items for sale. There are only a few clues to reconstruct the past life of patients. Anyone can confirm that appears to have escaped, has not found a home and it's too scary. Presumably, because of some disappointment, the patient suffers from acquafobia. To reconstruct the facts can help a therapy to strengthen his faith.

Paziente 2) Dub, la tartaruga che soffre di depressione. 

Tre settimane fa, Dub è stato portato alla nostra clinica dal suo proprietario, il titolare di un centro benessere aperto 24ore.
Il proprietario, aveva fatto accidentalmente incastrare il paziente  dietro un Bodytrainer Hercules2000. Era veramente preoccupato, ma quando la tartaruga, subito dopo essere stata liberata, ha riiniziato ad allenarsi, tutto sembrava essere a posto.
Solo quando Dub, dopo tre settimane, si stava ancora allenando sullo stesso tapis roulant, ha cominciato a sembrargli strano, l"incessante speranza della folle tartaruga".
Secondo il paziente, ha dovuto continuare l'allenamento per mantenersi in forma come una "tartaruga ad alte prestazioni".
Purtroppo, gli ulteriori controlli sono stati possibili solo in parte a causa dell'iperattività del paziente e ai suoi limiti di tempo autoimposti. Per ora, il paziente può quindi essere curato solo psichiatricamente.

Patient 2) Dub, Dub, the turtle is suffering from depression.

 Three weeks ago, Dub was brought to our clinic by his owner, the proprietor of a 24 hour-health club.The owner, had accidentally jammed the patient behind a Hercules2000 BodyTrainer.He was really worried, but when the turtle started training right ater his release, everything seemed to be alright. Only when Dub was still training on the same treadmill after three weeks, the "ceaseless hoping of the crazy turtle" began to seem weird. According to the patient, he had to keep training to stay fit as a "high performance turtle". Sadly, further tests have only partially been possible due to the patient's hyperactivity and his self-imposed time pressure.For now, the patient can therefore only be treated psychiatrically.

Paziente 1) Dolly, la pecora con la crisi di identità (un lupo nelle vesti di una pecora). 

La paziente è stata abbandonata in un parco-giochi e, purtroppo, di lei si sa ben poco. Sembra temporaneamente convinta di essere un lupo nonostante sia evidente che è una pecora. Violente ed inaspettate manifestazioni dell’identità repressa la lasciano esausta. Una reazione di difesa isterico-psicotica evidenzia il problema nascosto, probabilmente esperienze negative ed un conseguente processo di frammentazione. In questa condizione, il paziente non è in grado di accettare la sua identità di animale di peluche.

Patient 1) Dolly, the sheep with a crisis of identity (a wolf in the guise of a sheep).

The patient was abandoned in a playground and, unfortunately, very little is known about her. She seems to temporarily suffer from the delusion that she is a wolf despite the fact that she is without a doubt a sheep. The unexpectedly strong exhibition of the repressed identity completely overstrains her. Hysterical, psychotic defence reactions underline the fundamental threat which points at negative experiences and resulting fragmentation processes. In this state, the patient is unable to accept herself as a plush animal.
